Shopping & Jewellery Info

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

They are sent 1st class signed for.

Yes we do ship Internationally!

Please make sure that you provide a full accurate address to ensure a smooth delivery process through your country's customs and therefore avoiding any unnecessary delays. 

All orders are send via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For.

All customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you are unsure if you have to pay a customs fee please check on your government website.

Please allow 1-2 working days for Dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched it should then only take up to 2 working days for delivery in the UK. All International order can take anywhere between 1-3 Weeks depending on your country destination.

Wearing gold plated jewellery in the shower, whilst swimming or even playing sports is never a good idea. Immersing gold plated jewellery under the water for long periods of time can cause the gold layer to wear off. so even though initially it would be safe to do so, in the long term it will cause effects.

 We accept all secure payment options such as all major credit and debit cards alongside PayPal, Apple Pay, Clear Pay and Klarna 

All orders will have a royal mail tracking number provided and can be tracked via the royal mail tracking system.

Orders & Returns

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel this or amend the contents or delivery address.

no you do not need to make an account to be able to place an order.

However we would advise to create an account to keep a record of your order and keep up to date on the latest offers and products!

Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page. We only refund postage on returns if the item is faulty, please email us first before sending your faulty return.

Earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

All of our packages are letter-box sized so can be popped through your door even when you aren't home. If goods cannot be delivered as there is no-one in, a card will be put through your door, and goods will be held at the local post office.
